Desert Gallery > This is the land company's on-site office. I thought Hueco Mountain Estates would turn out to be yet another cheap land racket, but everything the realtor, John Miller, told me turned out to be true.

Desert Gallery > It was tempting to just buy this place since all utitilities were already there, but it is more cost effective to buy a vacant lot and pay the $8000 or so required to install septic, a water tank system, and a buried power line.

Desert Gallery > All of the lots are 5 acres or more, so no resident feels cramped by neighbors.
